For over two years, the erotic flash project I wanted to work stalled out, barely started. There's just been too much going on and not enough at stake to finish it.

Recently, something changed. Sherry and her friend Linda Roberts started a project called "Start My Porn Company." We've seen so many publicity clients in the adult industry fail because they get off on the wrong foot or don't know what they're doing, that Sherry put together a company specifically to consult and manage start ups.

Sherry asked me to come up with an animated video to explain the issues, and keep them entertaining. So, I pulled stuff out of archives, hit the books again, and am quickly regaining my confidence. A lot of this is talking head type stuff with lots of lip sync. To break it up, I'm adding in stills. The stills save me time, and allow me to get things done when I'm away from the computer.

I'm posting the X-rated stills here to Newgrounds, so I can point my friends in the industry to them.

PS: The "nesting lip sync" technique really helps. Much of the work is simply picking the number for the mouth I want, and moving onto the next keyframe.
